Hilary Clinton's Bust

In today's news: Hillary Clinton's Bust On Display.

I know I have a weird sense of humor but what tickles me about this story is:
1. It's in the Museum of Sex
2. It's the first bust I've ever seen that includes an actual bust
3. It's Hilary Clinton

It gets even funnier:
Calling his creation "The Presidential Bust of Hillary Rodham Clinton: The First Woman President of the United States," artist Daniel Edwards said he wanted to depict the 58-year-old Clinton "with her head held high, a youthful spirit and a face matured by wisdom."

Indeed, while the former first lady's face is shown with a few wrinkles, Edwards cast her in a low-cut floral dress that reveals her shoulders and chest.

"Her cleavage is on display, prominently portraying sexual power which some people still consider too threatening," Edwards said.

I'm guessing that only other Republicans will see the humor in this.

I've been staring at this bust for hours and don't know what to make of it.

I still laugh when I look at the picture of that bust; I sure don't get the meaning the artist intended.

I really enjoy your blog, by the way. Thanks for visiting mine!

Well, you have a REAL blog, a great blog -- all I do for mine is reprint stories right off the wire services. (Like the one we just posted about Ray's Pizza in New York -- gut-wrenching.)

Oh yeah, the Ray's Pizza story was unbelieveable! I kept wondering if it was real or if you'd written some really good satire. (When satire is really good it's hard to tell it's satire.) Definitely gut-wrenching.

Speaking of news, after today's news you can do another JonBenet Ramsey post... Hard to believe isn't it?

Thanks again for reading my blog!
